About Tori

Tori Marlo is a Kansas City native and executive search consultant focused on the local construction and AEC market. She partners with Ardith Rademacher & Associates, helping contractors and developers grow their teams across project leadership, preconstruction, operations, executive leadership, and key corporate roles.

Before moving into independent search, Tori recruited internally for a national, employee-owned general contractor. Earlier in her career she worked in Talent Acquisition and employee relations, giving her the opportunity to see the hiring process from several sides of the table. That experience shapes how she approaches recruiting today. She understands how construction teams actually operate and what leaders are truly looking for beyond the job description.

Because she grew up in Kansas City and works closely within the local construction community, much of Tori’s work is relationship-driven. You’ll often find her at industry events, association gatherings, and project celebrations, staying connected to the people building the region.

Outside of recruiting, Tori enjoys bringing people together. She frequently hosts industry friends and events through her family’s business, Centerfire Shooting Sports, and loves exploring Kansas City’s restaurant scene with her husband and two kids.
