About Kelly

Kelly Stockdale is a recruitment specialist focused on supporting contractors, developers, and design professionals throughout the Kansas City construction and AEC market. Through her partnership with Ardith Rademacher & Associates, she helps connect companies with talent across project management, operations, preconstruction, field leadership, and key business support roles.

Before transitioning into recruiting, Kelly spent more than a decade as a professionally trained chef and business owner. Leading teams in fast-paced hospitality environments gave her firsthand experience hiring, developing, and retaining people while balancing the operational demands of running a business. That background shapes her approach to recruiting today. She understands the importance of finding people who not only have the right skills, but also fit the culture and leadership style of an organization.

Kelly is passionate about building genuine relationships and helping people find opportunities where they can thrive both professionally and personally. She believes successful recruiting starts with listening, understanding individual goals, and creating connections that benefit everyone involved.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her daughter, serving as a Girl Scout leader, and staying involved in her local community. She loves bringing people together, exploring new restaurants, and creating memorable experiences around great food and conversation.
