Those thousands of industry connections, combined with her background in human resources, recruiting, training, and workforce development, allow her to help executives, business owners, and professionals navigate growth, leadership transitions, succession planning, career development, and talent strategy with confidence. Before founding the firm in 2002, Ardith worked within national construction, engineering, and architectural firms, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
